This stunning hat from Saks Fifth Avenue is @ 1960's. Light weight and flexible straw with layers upon layers of fine tulle on the brim. Black ribbon band with long tail bow in the back. 5 1/2" brim. Combs on each side to secure. It has 10 layers of fine tulle. They where pretty flat and stuck together but I separated them and they fluffed up nicely. The top 2 layers look more dark brown. This may be from fading or by design. Not sure. I ship same or next business day.
