Early to mid 1940's, Effanbee composition Patsy doll, marked on head and back. Fully jointed, molded red hair with painted headband. Replacement hounds-tooth gray wool jacket, white button shirt, gray bow tie, and short pants outfit, black tie shoes, and vintage white socks. Minimal cracking (shown in pictures of face and one foot), no crazing that I observed. Some rubbing of paint on fingers, hair and shoulders. Well maintained for a doll of this vintage. No stand.
