The text on the box, "H Mosaico Veneziano," indicates that it's Venetian mosaic work, which is synonymous with Murano glass. The AMV stamp on the pendant stands for Antica Murrina Venziana. This pendant was made in the 1980s.
This vintage pendant is 7/8" in diameter, 925 sterling silver, and comes with its original box (see photos).
Sterling does tarnish with time. If you desire to clean the item, I strongly advise you seek advice from someone who knows how to clean vintage jewelry. However, cleaning the item is not necessary.
