This dress is a dreamboat. Classic 1970s prairie empire waist maxi dress with puff shoulders and sheer sleeves. Cute collared mockneck neckline and cuffed wrists. This is lined with a silky material. Zips to close in the back. No tags, looks homemade. No major flaws just some discoloration here and there, kindof yellowing of sorts. But because it’s a light blue, it’s blends in. I used a peroxide mix on this and got 90% of them out so I am confident they will all come out with a little patience.
