Vetafarm Cavy Origins Guinea Pig Food is a fortified diet for guinea pigs designed to be fed in conjunction with high fibre hay, such as lucerne or fescue. The diet contains veterinary formulated nutrition, including stabilised vitamin C, which is essential to prevent debilitation deficiencies in Cavies.
Vetafarm Cavy Origins Guinea Pig Food is designed to make up approximately 20-40% of the whole diet in conjunction with 70-80% high fibre hay. Fibre rich fescue or fresh cut lucerne hay can be added to the diet on a daily basis for optimum fibre intake and to stimulate natural behaviour. Fruit and vegetables can be offered in small portions as treats.
This is a completely balanced diet designed by vets. It is
high in fibre and extrusion cooked for optimum digestive and dental health and promotes long-term health and general vitality.
