Tarina Tarantino x Barbie Big Love Pink Heart Swarovski Necklace. I bought this secondhand years ago. It came with two stones replaced (see pics) that don't match the stones in the same area as the heart. If that bothers you, they can always be removed and replaced with the proper colors. I may do it myself if I get around to it. No other issues with the necklace. I love this piece but it's time to let go.
