Authentic from Sweden 'juletumptas' or games. They are hand painted, front and back. Made from wood. They are over 30 years old and in excellent condition! These are one of a kind no other like them. One artist only made them. They hold candle sticks that are actually useable. You place cotton on the bottom and a long candle stick inside and it's more secure that way. Still need to be careful as they are wooden decorations and candle sticks, but their base is a block of wood that is sturdy holding Juletumta gnomes. The gnomes can come off their base and slide back in securely and tightly. These are truly amazing and would bring authentic gnomes to your Christmas decor or would make an excellent gift for someone who loves gnomes. These are the real deal!
