Set in 925 sterling silver, these unusual, clear blue stones are a shade darker than light blue, I have tried to show their true colour in the photos. I bought this set from a gemstone shop near the Opera House in Newcastle, 20 years or more ago. I cannot recall if they are quartz or topaz, but they are pretty and delicate. All three pieces are bezel set in hallmarked sterling silver 925, but I needed two pairs of glasses and a magnifying glass to see the marks.
