This is an older ring. It’s gold vermeil. Gold Vermeil (pronounced vur-MAY) is genuine . 925 sterling silver that has been expertly plated with a thick layer of 14k-24k gold. The gold plating appears to be worn off and it looks more silver. However you can still see the gold on the inside of the ring. I’m assuming the stones are simulated but they look genuine. 5 generous sized princess cut stones. Since I haven’t had them tested I will list as simulated. Size 7 1/4. Boxed.
