This weight set is perfect if you’re wanting to increase strength on long runs. Adding a few kgs to your body whilst on the move will make you feel lighter and stronger when running normally again. I’ve used them a couple times myself and I seen and felt the difference👍 They would normally cost a total of £45 brand new from Argos but I’m selling for only £25 or nearest offer😁
