Retro kittens! These are domestically-made plush toys.
This is a set of two cat plushies from Mon Seuil's popular "Lala Baby" series: a gray cat and a black cat.
They are small, about the size of an adult finger. It's unclear if they contain adzuki beans or something similar, but they do make a slight sound. They were kept in a bedroom dresser, so I think the condition of the fur and the lack of sun damage is good. The total length from head to tail is 21cm, and the face width is 6cm.
