This is a lovely vintage footed cream and sugar set made by Heisey in the lovely Rosalie design. This set is so cute! The feet look like shoes. Each measures roughly 3 1/4 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches wide including handles and spout. There are some signs of wear consistent with age. Circa roughly 1940s
