It's a used item in good condition. Upon inspection, approximately 3 pieces are missing from the basic set.

The parts for the bonus shovel car are unconfirmed due to the lack of instructions. It's likely from LEGO City 7248 Shovel Car.

A 25cm square blue baseplate is also included.

The item has been lightly wiped with alcohol wipes. Please be aware of minor stains and scratches.
