This is a Mandrake earmuff headband sold at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour shop for the Making of Harry Potter.
My child used it once while touring the studio and it has been stored in the closet since.
There is no core material inside the earmuffs, so they are fluffy.
It will be shipped via postal mail.
