.....The cogs are not new but have been worn in places. Around the edges, you can easily see the worn areas. There are some scratches in places, and the soles might have some dirt. The cogs are very sturdy, and the sewing looks great. I didn't really know the size other than 38, but Mercari says 7.5 so there you go. Anyway, look at all the photos for any reference.
