Bone conduction headphones transmit sound via skull bones, while leaving the ear canal open. This is a great benefit (especially re safety) when it comes to running, cycling, driving, or any other activities where situational awareness is important. This set includes headphones, USB-C charging cable, user manual and a pair of ear plugs (not necessary for use, but you might use them to focus on sound that you are receiving.
Bone conduction headphones are also beneficial to those with hearing issues, as they use the bones of the skull, bypassing the ear drum, rather than the air entering one's ear canal, to transmit sound. I don't know the limitations but it apparently works (per online research).
You may switch devices (i.e.: pause your bluetooth music or other transmission in order to answer the telephone) then automatically reconnect to your original device.
I am listing as "like new" as there is no seal on the box (no evidence that there ever was one), but I have not used headset.
