Aincent Bronze 6.5” sculpture/statue of Ganesha , Hindu God, Son of Shiva

Ganesha is a Hindu god with the head of an elephant and the body of a human. He is the son of Shiva, the god of destruction, and Parvati, the goddess. Ganesha is known as the remover of obstacles and the patron of intellectuals, bankers, scribes, and authors. He is also associated with intelligence, wisdom, success, and good luck. This Ancient Sculpture of Ganesh is about 6:5 inches tall and has a grey/green Patina to the bronze metal due to age. This is an extremely old version of Ganesha, I was told it is older than 200 years and most likely much older…18th/19th Century Antique. Thank you
