4 Watercolour landscape paintings framed with glass

For sale 4 watercolour landscape paintings. All framed but 1 of the paintings needs new picture glass replacement, which you can get from b&q if you give them measurements. Paintings circa late 1800/ early 1900. All paintings are signed but can't quite make out the signature... see photo. All paintings are displayed in plaster and wood polished frames. Some small chips to the edges that look like they have been refurbished but this does not effect the overall appearance once hung... hence the price. These pictures belonged to a great aunt... been packed away for a long time and just need the space.
